PRN role, hours based of department need and employee's availability. You'll work at the 9th street clinic in Rockford. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Physiology/Kinesiology or Health Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Required
Work Experience
  • No experience Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Basic Life Support certification. Required
  • ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) within 1 year of hire. 
    Existing employees with certification other than ASCM-CEP will be granted 12 months to obtain from written attestation.
