Could you be the full-time Industrial Cybersecurity Manager in Saint-Bruno, QC, Canada we're looking for?

This position requires an on-site presence three days per week. To make your life easier, shuttle services are available between Montreal and the St-Bruno site! 


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving cybersecurity strategies and execution across our rolling stock projects in North America. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across engineering, project management, and external stakeholders, leading technical meetings, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.

You'll specifically take care of managing cybersecurity workstreams, including cost estimation, scheduling, and risk analysis, but also leading efforts to integrate cybersecurity controls into design and delivery.

We'll look to you for:

  • Acting as the primary interface between cybersecurity and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

  • Planning and executing cybersecurity activities across the project lifecycle

  • Managing a team of cybersecurity project managers

  • Ensuring timely, high-quality cybersecurity deliverables

  • Overseeing project budgets, resource utilization, and forecasting

  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to cybersecurity professionals
