Role Overview

SecureOps is seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrator (Cybersecurity) to act as the "glue" that connects our security tools through complex system integrations. This role is crucial for our ability to respond to security events efficiently and scale our technical capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

System Integration & Automation

  • Architect and maintain seamless integrations between our diverse suite of security tools.
  • Develop and deploy automation playbooks to streamline incident response, threat detection, and mitigation processes.
  • Utilize APIs to bridge gaps between security platforms, ensuring data flows correctly and securely across the environment.
  • Work closely with the Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to identify and implement necessary integrations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integration workflows and continuously optimize them for performance and reliability.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity (8 years preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms, API integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot integration failures and develop robust, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of at least one "engineer" level certification (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Splunk, Fortinet, ISC2, SANS, CSA).
  • Proven track record of consulting work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific experience with Splunk, ServiceNow, or Tines.
