By joining the OT Hub, you will play a key role in shaping the future of industrial automation, operational technology (OT), cybersecurity, and digital transformation across our manufacturing facilities. You will operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and risk management in a highly collaborative, field-oriented environment.

  • Oversee and secure industrial network infrastructure, including Purdue zones and conduits, industrial DMZs, ACLs, routing, and secure remote access solutions.
  • Manage OT network configurations, including network monitoring (NMS/NetOps), supervision, and formal change control processes.
  • Deploy and operate foundational OT cybersecurity controls, such as asset inventory, vulnerability management, patching strategies, backup processes, and system hardening.
  • Coordinate OT cyber incident detection and response in collaboration with SOC and MDR service providers.
  • Integrate network and cybersecurity requirements into CAPEX initiatives, including modernization, digital transformation, and new OT system deployments.
  • Perform OT security architecture reviews, apply IEC 62443 principles, and support FAT/SAT, secure cutovers, and commissioning activities.
  • Translate the Cybersecurity Charter (NIST CSF / IEC 62443) into practical OT standards, guidelines, and operating procedures.
  • Monitor cybersecurity gaps and performance, produce KPIs and OKRs, and contribute input to OPEX and CAPEX budget planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation requirements applicable to industrial environments.
  • Adhere to and actively promote safety policies, programs, and procedures, ensuring cybersecurity activities align with operational and safety priorities.
  • Support corporate and site-level safety initiatives, reinforcing a strong safety-first culture.

The profile that will contribute to change:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in OT/ICS, industrial networks, automation, or OT/IT cybersecurity environments.
  • Proven experience contributing to or leading cross-site initiatives or industrial cybersecurity projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in OT network architecture and segmentation (ISA/IEC 62443 zones/conduits, firewalls, routing, VPN, secure remote access).
  • Demonstrated experience in OT vulnerability management, including patching and obsolescence strategies, backup/restore, system hardening, and incident response.
  • Solid understanding of OT systems, automation platforms, OT software lifecycles, and secure-by-design principles.
  • Working knowledge of industrial cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF or equivalent).
  • Relevant OT or IT cybersecurity certifications (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, CISSP, CCNP) considered an asset.
  • Strong ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments, with excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  • Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
