Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for achieving sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, which you do over the phone. You wont be alone; we will coach you.
  • We provide you with leads from multiple sources so you can quote and sell to reach your targets.
  • You are to give an outstanding customer experience on every interaction by offering Insurance products and educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
  • You must take the necessary license, products, and compliance training.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Document each customer contact
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and referrals.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure the best possible terms and conditions for clients policies.
