Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B

You will help the team produce and test mechanical and electromechanical assemblies to meet customer quality and on-time delivery expectations. You will work onsite on 2nd shift (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) as part of a supervised manufacturing team, contributing to lean initiatives and process improvements.

  • Perform basic assembly and test operations using hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
  • Record test results and operate basic electrical equipment and flow meters
  • Interpret blueprints, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives to produce conforming assemblies
  • Conduct touch-up or full surface painting and related finishing tasks
  • Maintain a FOD-free work area and ensure equipment is calibrated per schedule
  • Identify and suggest improvements as part of lean initiatives
