HIRING NOW - ASSEMBLERS

Position: Assemblers
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour
Experience: Prior assembly experience required

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler I performs manual labor along a production line, assembles parts and subassemblies, performs quality inspections, and assists with daily production orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Production Lead with daily production duties.
  • Operate a forklift within the warehouse as needed.
  • Pull products from designated racking locations.
  • Follow assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
  • Review work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure products are assembled correctly.
  • Perform inspections throughout the assembly process.
  • Identify and reject products that do not meet specifications.
  • Maintain quality control standards.
  • Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Manager.
  • Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work quickly and efficiently in a production environment.
  • Complete daily production logs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior assembly experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and manipulate materials.
  • Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain productive throughout the workday.
