HIRING NOW - ASSEMBLERS
Position: Assemblers
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour
Experience: Prior assembly experience required
We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler I performs manual labor along a production line, assembles parts and subassemblies, performs quality inspections, and assists with daily production orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist the Production Lead with daily production duties.
- Operate a forklift within the warehouse as needed.
- Pull products from designated racking locations.
- Follow assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Review work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure products are assembled correctly.
- Perform inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Identify and reject products that do not meet specifications.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Manager.
- Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work quickly and efficiently in a production environment.
- Complete daily production logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior assembly experience required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and manipulate materials.
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
