Position Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented mid-level Assemblers to join a busy manufacturing operation in Corona. The ideal candidate has hands-on assembly experience, can work efficiently in a production environment, and takes pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Perform visual and quality inspections throughout the assembly process Measure and verify components for accuracy Follow production schedules and meet daily output requirements Identify defects, discrepancies, or assembly issues and report them promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Work effectively as part of a production team Qualifications 2-3 years of manufacturing, mechanical, or production assembly experience Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools Ability to read and follow written Blueprints/work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude Ability to work at a consistent production pace Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required What We're Looking For This is not an entry-level training position.
