Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00+/hr DOE - Higher compensation may be available for candidates with advanced skills and experience
Overtime available based on production needs

Higher compensation may be available for candidates with advanced skills and experience, including blueprint reading, clean room experience, dimensional inspection, and precision measuring tools.

About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Irvine. This position is responsible for assembling seals and components while ensuring quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience who are looking to grow their skills in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble seals and components according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers and inspection equipment to verify dimensions.
  • Maintain accurate production and material records.
  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
  • Support production needs and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read work instructions and follow written procedures.
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers is preferred.
  • Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
  • Clean room experience is desirable but not required.
  • Experience in aerospace, medical device, or precision manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience
