Job description

For over 45 years, a leading Southern California Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) company, whose services include PCB assembly, electro-mechanical assembly and systems integration has been providing manufacturing services to the industrial, medical, aerospace, defense, and automotive markets. The Company has an excellent Through-Hole Hand Soldering Assembler opportunity due to exceptional growth over the past two years.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual through-hole soldering of electronic components on PCBs in accordance with specifications and work instructions.
  • Inspect own work to ensure solder joint quality, including proper wetting and fillet formation, and verify absence of defects such as cold solder joints, solder bridging, or voids.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience with electronics manufacturing is preferred.
  • Good teamwork and effective oral and written communication skills needed.
