Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B

You will assemble and test products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals, contributing directly to production throughput and product integrity. You will work onsite on the 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm, Mon–Fri) and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering stakeholders to support lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform basic assembly and test operations using hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, and assembly fixtures.
  • Record test results and maintain accurate data using basic electrical equipment and flow meters.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, and quality directives to produce assemblies that meet specifications.
  • Perform touch-up or full surface painting and part finishing, including mixing paint and cleaning parts.
  • Participate in lean initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and suggesting process changes.
  • Observe safety rules, maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area, and ensure equipment calibration per schedule.
