Pay Rate: Min $70,324.80 Mid $87,900.80Position Summary
As a Cloud Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the assessment, requirements gathering, deployment, maintenance, and support of cloud-based applications within LRH's organization. This role involves managing and administrating various aspects of cloud-based infrastructure, including but not limited to assessing all required interfaces, user access, workflow and security aspects of the cloud application.
The role will also ensure that optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based applications. You will work closely with the requesting support team, business unit and other stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of cloud-based applications.

Standard Work: Cloud Application Administrator
  • Gather all requirements for cloud-based application to ensure that all interface requirements, user access, user access controls and workflow standards are met prior to procurement and deployment of cloud-based application.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-based applications, ensuring proper setup and integration with related services, interfaces, etc.
  • Monitor deployment processes to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Work with support teams, business units and stakeholders to ensure application workflows and efficiencies are maximized during the entire lifecycle of the application.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to data security ownership and privacy.
  • Work with security team to implement organizational security measures to protect cloud-based applications from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop, maintain and test backup and disaster recovery strategies for cloud-based applications.
  • Set up monitoring tools to track the health and performance of cloud-based applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of cloud-based applications that will include all requirements and configuration of cloud-based applications.

Competencies & Skills
Essential:
  • Experience in administering cloud-based application in a SaaS or IaaS deployment.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS
  • Certifications in cloud computing platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
