Role Summary
Chick-fil-A Yoder Plaza is seeking candidates with experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment to run kitchen operations. Kitchen experience not required Candidates will be expected to lead a team of 6-12 people in a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on food safety and quality. Shifts are generally 6am to 2:30 pm or 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with most leaders working a mix of both.

General Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
  • Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
  • Assign Team Member to positions and run breaks
  • Coach and encourage Team Members
  • Perform disciplinary procedures when CFA standards are not met
  • Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems
