Patient Care Assistant (PCA) โ€“ Direct Care / CNA / TBI Rehab Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas $17-$19/hr + Bonuses Full-Time (32+ hours/week) | Overtime Available

$3,500 new hire bonus

$1,000 after 90 days

$2,500 after 180 days

What you'll do As a patient care assistant, you will support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Supporting medication administration
  • Transporting individuals using a company vehicle
  • Providing emotional support and encouraging independence

Shifts available:

  • 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 AM

Qualifications:
