17-19 per hour biweekly pay, new hire bonus, additional monetary perks

Hourly, full time

Patient Care Assistant (PCA) – Direct Care / CNA / TBI Rehab Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas $17-$19/hr + Bonuses Full-Time (32+ hours/week) | Overtime Available

$3,500 new hire bonus

$1,000 after 90 days

$2,500 after 180 days

Join a team that makes a difference At Medical Alternatives, Inc., we are CARF-certified and have proudly served individuals with traumatic brain injuries for over 30 years. We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team.

No experience required. Paid training and certification provided.

What you'll do As a patient care assistant, you will support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Supporting medication administration
  • Transporting individuals using a company vehicle
  • Providing emotional support and encouraging independence

Shifts available:

  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
