AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Remote Customer Sales Associate . In this role, you'll connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand supplemental benefit options and guiding them through the enrollment process. 

No insurance or sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed. 


This is a 100% remote position with company-provided leads—no cold calling or door-to-door sales. 


Essential Duties 

  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments. 
  • Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions. 
  • Explain available coverage options in a clear and professional manner. 
  • Guide clients through the online application and enrollment process. 
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
