We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our bar to ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant atmosphere, managing inventory, and driving innovative beverage programs while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage bar operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage offerings that align with our brand identity.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws and licensing requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team communication and collaboration.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback to continually improve our offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive sales and improve service quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
