Life Insurance Agent - Leads Provided

Marker Insurance

Hollywood, FL • On-site

$55K - $150K/yr

Contractor

Job description

PineHurst Financial Services is a Hollywood, Florida life insurance agency built on one idea: agents should spend their time selling, not prospecting. We are a lead generation company. We invest in generating our own leads and hand them to our agents, so you are talking with people who have already raised their hand.

This is a commission-only, 1099 position. There is no base salary. What there is instead is a steady flow of company-provided leads, no cold calling, no buying your own lists, and no cap on what you can earn.

We are hiring two kinds of people. If you are newly licensed with your Florida 2-15 and have never written a policy, we will train you: product, scripts, objection handling, and live call coaching from day one. If you are a seasoned life agent who is tired of paying for leads or splitting them six ways, bring your experience and we will keep your calendar full.

You will work out of our Hollywood office alongside a team that shares what works. If you are coachable, competitive, and ready to be paid on results rather than hours, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

Work company-provided life insurance leads by phone, text, and email. No cold calling and no buying your own leads.

Conduct needs-based consultations to identify each prospect's coverage gaps and budget.

Quote, present, and place term life, whole life, final expense, and mortgage protection policies.

Guide applicants through underwriting from application submission to policy delivery.

Log every lead, call, and outcome accurately in our CRM so no opportunity goes cold.

Follow up with placed clients on annual reviews, coverage changes, and referrals.

Hit weekly activity and production targets set with your sales manager.

Participate in daily training, call reviews, and team sales meetings.

Requirements

Active Florida 2-15 Health and Life license, or a 2-14 Life license. Newly licensed agents are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Willingness to work a commission-only, 1099 role. This position has no base salary.

Experienced life agents with a track record of consistent monthly production are also encouraged to apply.

Strong phone presence and clear written and verbal communication in English. Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus in South Florida.

Comfort working a high volume of inbound and company-provided leads and following a proven sales process.

Coachability. You are willing to take feedback, run scripts as written, and sit in on daily call reviews.

Basic computer skills, including CRM use, online quoting platforms, and e-signature tools.

Must be able to work in-office in Hollywood, FL.

High school diploma or equivalent. No degree required.
