Job description

Job Title: Administrator / Program Director โ€“ Outpatient SUD Program
Location: Marlton, NJ
Compensation: $75,000 โ€“ $100,000 annually
About the Opportunity: An established substance use disorder treatment provider is expanding into New Jersey, opening its first Partial Care and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program in Marlton. We're looking for an experienced operational leader who wants to be part of building something from the ground up - with the systems, support, and track record of a proven organization behind them.
The Role: The Administrator / Executive Director provides full operational oversight of the facility in compliance with N.J.A.C. 10:161B, including staff management, quality assurance, fiscal oversight, regulatory compliance, and community liaison activities.
Administrator/ Program Director Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and 2 years of administrative/supervisory experience in an SUD facility
  • Bachelor's degree and 5ย years of administrative/supervisory experience in an SUD facility
  • Preferred: Familiarity with NJSAMS, NJ DOHย licensing, and Partial Care/IOP program operations. Joint Commission or CARF experience a plus.
