Liberty Systems is the manufacturer and supplier of the most reliable nitrogen generators in North America, and we're hiring a full-time Production Assembler to help maintain our reputation for excellence. You'll play a crucial part in our Waukesha, WI team, and you'll receive:

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER

You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule and tackle the following responsibilities:

  • Following layouts to accurately assemble dry air and nitrogen generation systems and related components
  • Closely following all safety protocols and quality control standards
  • Packaging systems for delivery and notifying departments when orders are completed
  • Meeting daily and weekly production goals
  • Washing/drying equipment, organizing supplies, and cleaning your work area every day
  • Tackling additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

  • Technician or production operator experience - on-the-job training will be provided
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to regularly crouch, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to wear PPE at all times (earplugs, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes)
  • Ability to use standard hand and power tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete high-quality work individually and as part of a team
  • Solid problem-solving skills and basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a self-motivation to succeed
  • Computer proficiency
  • High school degree
