About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Global Campaign Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns for our cloud solutions business. This role will develop and execute full-funnel global campaigns that generate awareness, accelerate pipeline, support customer expansion, and align closely with regional sales and partner teams.
The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B SaaS marketing, understands cloud and enterprise technology audiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This person will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and bring strong cross-functional leadership across product marketing, demand generation, digital, events, customer marketing, and sales.
This role also requires a strong mindset around operational efficiency, automation, and innovation. We are looking for someone who actively explores how AI, automation, and intelligent agents can improve campaign execution, accelerate speed-to-market, and scale marketing impact globally.
Your contribution will be:
Global Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated global marketing campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals for cloud solutions.
  • Build scalable campaign frameworks that can be localized and activated across regions and segments.
  • Manage multi-channel campaign execution across digital, email, webinars, events, paid media, content syndication, social, partner, and nurture programs.
  • Create audience-centric messaging and campaign themes in partnership with product marketing and content teams.
  • Support both acquisition and expansion motions, including customer upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

AI Innovation
  • Partner with marketing operations and technology teams to streamline workflows, reporting, lead management, and campaign execution processes.
  • Help establish best practices for leveraging automation and AI responsibly across global marketing programs.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with regional marketing teams to adapt and execute global campaigns locally.
  • Align with BDR teams to ensure campaign follow-up, enablement, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Collaborate with product marketing on positioning, launches, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Work with operations and analytics teams to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
  • Coordinate with partner and alliance marketing teams on co-marketing initiatives where applicable.

Campaign Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across the funnel, including engagement, MQLs, pipeline creation, influenced revenue, and ROI.
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, channels, and conversion rates.
  • Develop post-campaign reporting and executive summaries with actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Market & Audience Understanding
  • Understand key cloud buyer personas including CIOs, IT leaders, operations leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving cloud technology adoption patterns.
  • Help identify new opportunities for audience engagement and pipeline growth globally.

To be successful, we think you need:
Required Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management.
  • Experience managing global or multi-region marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and cloud technology markets.
  • Experience working closely with sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience improving marketing efficiency through automation, process optimization, AI tools, or intelligent workflow solutions.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience marketing cloud platforms, workflow automation, AI, enterprise applications, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Experience supporting channel, alliance, or partner marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled marketing platforms, workflow automation tools, or agentic AI concepts is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries such as financial services, public sector, or healthcare is a plus.

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 100,000 - 135,000 USD annually. On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority. Nintex also offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, twelve paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and more.
