WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Nike Team Sales is a fast-moving, relationship-driven sales organization focused on serving clubs, leagues, and partners across North America. This role reports to a Sales Director and works closely with Team Sports Authenticating Partners, along with Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace Supply Chain, Operations, and North America Team Sales partners to drive growth and elevate the team sports marketplace.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a Team Club Sales Specialist who understands the heartbeat of club sports and knows how to turn relationships into results. This person brings credibility in the Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse space, with a strong point of view on how product, storytelling, and service fuel growth. They think strategically but move with urgency, balancing long-term territory planning with the day-to-day demands of serving partners. They communicate with clarity, operate with discipline, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. Above all, they bring energy, curiosity, and a desire to grow the game-both for Nike and for the athletes and organizations they serve.
  • Open to work in Houston, TX
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, club management, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or business analysis within the sports industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Deep understanding of the sports marketplace, with a strong preference for experience in Baseball, Softball, or Lacrosse
  • Proven ability to plan, prepare, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations to internal and external partners

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will help shape and execute territory strategies that move Nike Team Sales forward. You'll serve as a trusted partner to clubs and authenticators, delivering seasonal initiatives, product stories, and strategic insights that drive mutual growth. Every day, you'll connect product to purpose and plans to performance.
  • Seek, sign, and serve Team Sales partners across the North America marketplace
  • Lead execution of seasonal initiatives, launches, and product storytelling with accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver against business plans
  • Support Team Sales agreements and track progress against seasonal and annual goals
  • Drive accurate forecasting, scenario planning, and business analysis within your territory
  • Identify new opportunities that strengthen Nike's position and help partners grow their business
  • Stay connected to marketplace trends and evolving consumer needs to inform strategy and execution
