Job description

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Nike Team Sales, reporting to a Sales Director and partnering closely with Team Sports Authenticating Partners. They collaborate daily with Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace Supply Chain, Operations, and North America Team Sales Partners to bring product, storytelling, and strategy to life across the club sports marketplace.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a Team Club Sales Specialist who knows the club sports ecosystem and understands how relationships, product, and strategy intersect to grow the game. This person brings firsthand experience in sports clubs and events, paired with strong business acumen and organizational rigor. They think strategically, act decisively, and build trust quickly-internally and externally.
They are energized by the marketplace, fluent in product storytelling, and comfortable navigating multiple priorities at once. They translate insights into action, align teams around shared goals, and see opportunity where others see complexity. This role demands curiosity, resilience, and a passion for helping partners win-on and off the field.
What you bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, club management, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Strong understanding of the sports industry and marketplace trends; passion for Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations
  • Open to work in Houston, TX (or nearby)

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will help shape the future of Nike Team Sales by leading territory strategies across the Club Volleyball landscape. You'll seek, sign, and serve partners-bringing seasonal initiatives, product stories, and strategic clarity to every interaction.
In this role, you will
  • Build and grow relationships across the North America Team Sales community
  • Lead execution of Team Sales agreements and seasonal business plans
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver key product launches and marketplace initiatives
  • Drive accurate forecasting, scenario planning, and business performance tracking
  • Identify new growth opportunities that strengthen Nike's business and partner success
  • Support accounts in elevating strategy, execution, and consumer impact
  • Bring marketplace insights back into the business to inform future strategies
