WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will lead a high-impact Supply Chain team supporting Nike Direct across digital commerce and stores in North America. This role works across NA Logistics, Planning/MFP/Allocations, Supply and Inventory Planning, Nike Direct Finance, Nike Direct Stores and Digital Commercial teams. You will operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, shaping strategy while guiding execution across cross-functional partners and distributed teams.

Nike is looking for a bold, strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of supply chain, Nike Direct marketplace strategy, digital operations, stores operations, and consumer experience. This leader brings a sharp operational mindset and the ability to translate complexity into clear action across planning, logistics and the commercial audiences.
They build trust quickly, influence across levels, and lead with clarity in moments that demand speed and precision. They balance long-term vision with near-term execution, guide large and hybrid teams, and align cross-functional partners toward common goals. They bring curiosity, adaptability, strong business acumen, and a consumer-first mindset to navigate shifting market conditions and lead transformation that elevates service, improves operational efficiency, and supports profitability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any relevant combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 10+ years of progressive and relevant experience in a combination of supply chain, logistics, operations, Nike Direct, digital commerce, retail stores, or marketplace management in a global organization.
  • Proven experience leading large, matrixed, hybrid, or distributed teams; setting clear priorities and direction, building followership, managing performance, developing talent, and building future leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including executive-level engagement and influence, and presentations to senior commercial and Supply Chain leaders.
  • Ability to connect Nike Direct consumer/customer needs to scalable operational capabilities across the supply chain
  • Strong data-driven decision making, operational performance management, and storytelling skills to drive change and influence priorities and business decisions.
  • Experience leading transformational change across large organizations, with agility to respond to macroeconomic and business shifts that may create risk to the Nike Direct business.
  • Knowledge of the North America geography/business and supply chain

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Marketplace Supply Chain Operations for Nike Direct in North America across digital commerce and stores. You will connect commercial strategy, planning, logistics, and customer/consumer experience-driving seamless execution from order through delivery and returns while shaping future-ready capabilities for the Nike Direct business.
  • Lead and develop the Nike Direct Supply Chain team, setting direction, aligning team and management goals to company priorities, managing performance, coaching talent, and creating opportunities for team development, recognition, and rewards.
  • Plan, manage, and execute to serve marketplace demand across Nike Direct digital and stores, ensuring seasonal and quarterly execution of the commercial vision and supporting financial targets.
  • Drive digital and stores operational excellence from order to delivery and returns, guiding cross-functional partners to manage tradeoffs, improve profitability and create a frictionless service experience.
  • Shape, manage and coordinate the implementation of capabilities and services that support Nike Direct growth, scalability, service, and operational efficiency.
  • Act as the voice of the consumer/customer internally, influencing Nike capability development, service offerings, and product/service priorities.
  • Use data, insights, and performance management to identify risks, tell clear operational stories, and prioritize tools and processes that scale for where the business is headed.
