The Global Brand Management Team is the marketing function responsible for leading and driving plans global plans that serve the brand and business. Our goal is to know & serve inspiration, innovation and enablement to unlock the power of sport for every athlete*.
Lead the future of Nike SB
Nike SB is looking for a Global Brand Director to shape the vision, consumer strategy, and marketing offense for skateboarding. You'll lead product storytelling, athlete and community partnerships, and global go-to-market strategies-making sure every campaign authentically honors skate culture.
This role is built for someone who lives and breathes skateboarding and knows how to turn cultural credibility into world-class brand moments.
What you'll do
  • Set the strategy - Build seasonal and long-term marketing frameworks that connect Nike SB to the core skate community and broader lifestyle consumers.
  • Drive the story - Lead internal and external creative agencies to produce culturally relevant content across digital, print, and physical channels.
  • Build the roster - Cultivate relationships with pro skaters, team managers, and skate shops to strengthen authenticity across the skate ecosystem.
  • Launch with impact - Partner with product, merchandising, digital, and retail teams to deliver unified, successful product launches.
  • Activate the community - Brief grassroots programming, events, and localized marketing that resonate with skaters worldwide.
  • Lead the team - Inspire and develop a high-performing team while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders across product, merchandising, digital, and retail to build the future of Nike SB.
What you bring
  • 8-12+ years in brand management, sports marketing, or a related field (action sports or footwear experience strongly preferred)
  • A deep, native understanding of skateboarding culture-its subcultures, key figures, and industry trends
  • Proven leadership of diverse creative and marketing teams within a complex, global matrix organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
