Who You'll Work With
You will operate at the intersection of Supply Chain, Marketplace, and Consumer Experience-partnering closely with Global and Geo Operations, Logistics, Technology, Marketplace, Consumer Services, and external fulfillment and transportation partners.
This role sits at the core of Nike's ability to deliver on the Pre-Order promise-ensuring product moves seamlessly from factory to final consumer resolution, at speed and with precision.
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a leader who thrives in complex, global environments and is energized by building new operating models. This individual understands end-to-end product flow and is motivated to redefine how Nike fulfills demand in a Pre-Order, demand-led future.
The ideal candidate:
  • Thinks in systems-connecting factory operations, transportation, fulfillment, and consumer experience into one seamless journey
  • Brings deep expertise in global logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain execution
  • Operates with an ownership mindset-driving outcomes from production through final delivery and resolution
  • Is highly collaborative, influencing across internal teams and external partners without direct authority
  • Communicates with clarity and urgency-translating operational complexity into actionable decisions
  • Has a constant bias toward innovation-challenging legacy processes and asking "what must be true" to go faster and serve better

What You'll Work On
  • Execute the Pre-Order fulfillment strategy end-to-end, ensuring product moves from factory to global consumers with speed and reliability
  • Develop and scale global logistics and fulfillment partnerships, including warehouses, transportation providers, and 3PLs
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Technology, Vendors, and Consumer Services to ensure a premium, end-to-end consumer experience
  • Stand up and scale innovative fulfillment programs that reduce total cost while improving speed and margin delivery
  • Partner with Global and Geo Tech teams to embed Pre-Order capabilities into Nike systems
  • Serve as a cross-functional ambassador-educating teams on Pre-Order fulfillment models, value proposition, and consumer impact
  • Continuously push the boundaries of consumer responsiveness-optimizing speed, volume, readiness, and global delivery capabilities
  • Own and drive end-to-end execution accountability, including exceptions, returns, and final consumer resolution
  • Push the boundaries of consumer responsiveness-driving innovation across speed, volume, readiness, and access
  • Champion a shift from traditional supply-led models to consumer-driven, demand-informed execution

What You Bring
  • At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or global operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain execution across global markets
  • Strong understanding of logistics networks, transportation, and fulfillment models
  • Experience working with external partners (3PLs, carriers, vendors) at scale
  • Ability to translate operational complexity into clear, executable strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action
  • Passion for delivering premium consumer experiences through operational excellence

Impact
This role defines how Nike delivers on the Pre-Order promise-ensuring every order placed is fulfilled with speed, precision, and trust. By building a globally scalable fulfillment engine, this leader will transform Pre-Order into a seamless, reliable consumer experience and a durable competitive advantage.
Position Location & Schedule
