Job description

Description:
Night Shift Custodian
3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Full-time Temporary position, June 1, 2026 - July 21, 2027
Qualifications:
1. Positive and supportive attitude toward District philosophy and goals.
2. Knowledge of sanitary maintenance and operation of associated equipment.
3. Ability to follow directions and understand cleaning/disinfecting protocols.
4. Ability to report to multiple buildings on an as-needed basis.
5. Ability to move/lift 50 pounds









Duties:
1. Provide cleaning and sanitary maintenance for classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and other buildings as directed.
2. Sanitize using approved disinfectant chemicals while following district sanitizing protocols.
3. Reports any areas in need of repair to the Head Custodian/Night Supervisor.
4. Be able to work with co-workers and maintain a healthy work environment.
5. Help move furniture and equipment for events as needed.
6. Complies with all District policies, regulations, and procedures as established by the Board of Education.
7. Other duties as needed/assigned.






Compensation and Benefits:
$20.82 + (4%-night differential for 200 of 260 days) per hour Per Westmont Custodial and Maintenance Association Contract
