Job description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented culinary professional to join our team for the evening shift. In this role, you will help prepare high-quality meals, support smooth kitchen operations, and contribute to a positive guest experience through consistent food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Set up, stock, and maintain assigned workstations before and during service
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper temperature throughout preparation and service
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and kitchen supplies
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely service
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, including equipment and prep areas
  • Support closing duties such as cleaning, labeling, storing, and resetting the kitchen for the next shift
