Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring caring and dedicated PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) for our 12-hour night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses seeking flexible PRN hours while providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

RN Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing evaluations.

  • Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and physician-ordered care.

  • Monitor resident conditions throughout the night and respond to acute changes.

  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and nursing staff.

  • Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Promote a safe, compliant, and resident-centered care environment.

Schedule
  • PRN Night Shift

  • 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM

RN Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
