Nighttime Prep Team Member

The Night Shift Prep Team Member plays an important role in preparing the restaurant for a successful evening and the next day's operations. This position focuses on food preparation, cleanliness, organization, stocking, and supporting the team while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for quality and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food and ingredients according to Chick-fil-A standards and recipes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked prep area.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures (wash lettuce daily)
  • Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
  • Assist with closing preparation and ensure prep areas are ready for the next day.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to leadership.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team during busy evening hours.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Support other restaurant areas when needed.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and provide Remarkable Hospitality to guests and fellow team members.
