The Homewood Suites Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest and Hampton Inn Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest, a dual-branded property managed by S3 Hotel Group, are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working independently, excels in customer service, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring exceptional guest experiences during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile all hotel financial transactions
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue, occupancy, and operational reports
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out and reservations
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records throughout the shift
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and S3 Hotel Group policies
  • Conduct security walks and monitor the safety of guests, team members, and hotel facilities
  • Communicate effectively with team members through systems such as Quore and PEP
  • Maintain proper cash handling procedures and financial controls
  • Support both the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn operations as needed during overnight hours
