Controlled Contamination Servicesย has been a national provider of facility solutions, technical and decontamination services, since 1993. Our clients are in the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense and Aerospace industries. Utilizing state of the art strategies, processes and human capital, Controlled-CS ensures the highest degree of service and integrity for the sensitive environment we support;ย impacting thoseย industries thatย impact the world.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Micro-cleaner is a critical role in the company which ensures the proper cleaning of the cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratory environments.ย 

SCHEDULE SHIFT:ย Tuesday-Saturday, 6:00pm-2:30amย 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines. Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensuring all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.ย ย ย 

  • Responsible for participating in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.ย ย ย 

  • Normal responsibilities include detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).ย ย 

  • Normal duties include but are not limited to micro-cleaning all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.ย ย 

  • The ability to follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation.ย ย 

  • Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).ย ย ย 

  • Review change to cGMP documentation and re-train.ย ย 

  • Assist in the cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.ย 

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.ย 

  • Ability to write simple correspondence.ย 
  • Ability to effectivelyย present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • All other duties as defined by supervisor.ย 

PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:

Other more specific results will be assigned and measured.ย ย 

  • Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
