Position: Nurse Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) Nights 

Location: Select Specialty Hospital San Diego

Schedule: Night Shift: 3 x 12 Hour Shifts per week, weekend rotation, rotating holidays
Compensation:
$58.72-$78 per hour

Competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends.

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

  • Administer and supervise the clinical care being provided.
  • You will be responsible for all safety, infection control, and quality of care issues that might arise while on duty, as well as, assisting with performance appraisals, mentoring staff during orientation and handling disciplinary issues.

  • Competence in Rapid Response and code events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • BLS is required at hire.
  • ACLS is required prior to completion of orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Long term acute care or subacute experience
  • EKG assessments and Vasoactive drip competency
  • Charge nurse or leadership experience
