Job description

etail-oriented Night Shift Office Administrator/Dispatcher to join our team at our Port of Oakland distribution facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to working night shift only .

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday (or as scheduled)

  • 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

  • This is a permanent night shift position.

Pay

  • Up to $30.00 per hour , depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and communicate with drivers throughout the night.

  • Plan and adjust delivery routes as needed.

  • Process customer orders and accurately enter data into company systems.

  • Prepare and process invoices.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or office administration preferred.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel .

  • Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to working overnight hours.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
