  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Address facility maintenance issues such as leaks, malfunctions, and general wear and tear.
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You...
  • Enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your work.
  • Are confident troubleshooting problems and making sound decisions without constant supervision.
  • Take pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
  • Prefer working nights or enjoy an environment where you can focus and get things done.
  • Understand the importance of proactive and preventive maintenance.
  • Bring a problem-solving mindset and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • Communicate well and know when to ask for support when an issue requires additional resources.
Why Klute?
We recognize that experienced maintenance professionals bring valuable knowledge and skills to the table. At Klute, you'll have the opportunity to use those skills, have a voice in how maintenance priorities are handled, and make a meaningful impact on our operation.
