Your New Role
  • Work as a full-time, day-shift Plumbing Technician serving customers throughout Houston, TX

  • Complete scheduled plumbing service calls in commercial, multi-family, residential, and light commercial environments

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, including leaks, drain stoppages, water pressure issues, fixture failures, and piping problems

  • Repair and replace faucets, toilets, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, valves, drains, and related plumbing components

  • Perform preventive maintenance, routine plumbing inspections, and service work

  • Accurately identify the source of plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions

  • Clearly explain plumbing issues, recommended repairs, and available solutions to customers, property managers, and on-site personnel

  • Complete work orders, service documentation, and job notes accurately

  • Use mobile devices or tablets for dispatching, job updates, and service documentation

  • Communicate with dispatch regarding job status, scheduling, and additional work

  • Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company procedures

  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing equipment, and other service equipment
