  • Troubleshoot leaks, drainage issues, fixture replacements, and water line connections
  • Perform rough-in and finish plumbing work for remodel projects
  • Coordinate with flooring, drywall, and carpentry crews to keep schedules on track
  • Read plans and verify site conditions before beginning work
  • Ensure all work meets applicable codes and safety requirements
  • Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area
  • Support punch-list completion and fast-turn project needs
Qualifications
  • Journeyman-level plumbing experience or strong equivalent field background
  • Experience in remodel, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use environments preferred
  • Ability to diagnose problems and work independently
  • Comfortable traveling for multi-week assignments throughout the U.S.
  • Flexible and available for nontraditional schedules when projects require it
  • Respectful, professional, and fully comfortable working in LGBTQ+ focused spaces
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Licensing is a plus where applicable
Pay and Benefits
  • Pay: $40-$50/hour, depending on experience.
  • Full-time W-2 position. Year-round pay structure, including paid travel rotations, company-arranged flights and hotels, paid meals while traveling,
  • Medical and dental
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off.
Why Tryst Hotels

This is a rare opportunity for a plumber who wants more than the same local job loop. Tryst gives you the chance to work on exciting hospitality projects in standout destinations while being part of a brand that values bold identity, guest experience, and growth. The travel is organized for you, the work is varied, and the company is building something memorable. If you like problem-solving and want your work to be seen in finished, high-impact spaces, this role delivers that.
