Job description

We are actively hiring a Production Associate for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT.


Pay Range: $17 - $19 DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

 

Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Utilize routing and cutting machinery, such as Zünd and Summa cutters
  • Execute product finishing operations
  • Manage fabric transfer devices and hot knife instruments
  • Handle vinyl materials, encompassing cutting, weeding, and pre-masking
  • Diagnose equipment and production challenges as they occur
  • Assess and confirm the quality of printed images

Qualifications

  • Preferred qualifications include training from a technical college
  • A minimum of one year of experience in digital or large-format printing is preferred.
  • Experience in producing signs or graphics is preferred.
  • Candidates should possess both mechanical and artistic skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong organizational abilities are necessary.
  • Experience as a machine operator is required.
  • The ability to effectively multitask is important.
  • A strong sense of color is crucial.
  • This rolle is in our Cut Vinyl Department. Any experience in cut vinyl is a nice-to-have skill.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • Good reading comprehension skills 
  • Basic proficiency in English is required. Reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Basic Computer skills, ex. Microsoft Outlook and Word documents, opening and closing tabs on the internet
