Job description

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Salt Lake City, UT. 

Shifts / Pay Rate: Both Days & Nights Available 
- Nights - 12 hr rotating night shift, 6:30PM-6:30AM / Pay Rate: $19.26 per hour 
- Days - 12 hr rotating day shift, 6:30AM-6:30PM / Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Operating simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently
  • Performing repetitive tasks and monitoring machine functionality, including starting machines from a powered-off state
  • Interpreting and responding to machine faults, performing minor alignments and adjustments as needed
  • Completing electronic batch records, production documentation, and inventory management tasks
  • Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure high quality standards
  • Weighing, counting, packaging, and labeling finished products
  • Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to safety protocols
  • Demonstrating flexibility by operating multiple machines as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license (required)
  • Can read and understand written procedures and documentation
