Minimum Requirements:

Position Overview

The Janitorial Night Manager will manage cleaning operations within a 416,000 sq. ft. cleanroom manufacturing facility and adjacent office spaces. This role oversees a large-scale cleaning team operating in a highly regulated ISO environment, ensuring consistent performance, staffing coverage, and adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities amp; Tasks:
  • Serve as the night (for one of two-night shifts) site lead for all janitorial operations across the 400,000+ sq. ft. facility and office spaces.

  • Directly oversee all cleaning staff within your shift.

  • Develop and manage daily and weekly schedules, adjusting labor deployment to account for absences, shift changes, or changes in cleaning demand.

  • Inspect, monitor, and report facility cleaning performance to ensure compliance with ISO and customer cleanliness standards.

  • Track and manage cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment inventory, coordinating replenishment and maintenance.

  • Recruit, interview, and hire janitorial staff as needed to maintain adequate coverage and performance.

  • Partner with janitorial leads to train and onboard employees to meet cleanroom and safety protocols.

  • Assist with payroll activities, including timecard approvals, attendance tracking, and shift adjustments.

  • Act as the primary liaison with the customer, maintaining open communication, addressing feedback, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Step in to perform cleaning tasks in emergency or critical situations to maintain service continuity.

  • Perform other managerial and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth operation of the contract.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday: 8 Hours per day (night shift) (Weekend and Overtime Work at times)
