Requirements:
  • No janitorial or cleaning experience required, but track record of work ethic, attention to detail, honest, and reliable is mandatory
  • Positive attitude and professional
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Full-time access to an insured vehicle
  • Smart Phone
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, push and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Must be able to stand or walk for duration of shift
  • Live within 30 mins of facility location (generally in metro Houston locations)
  • Have employment or work ethic referrals we can contact
  • No Drug use or prior crime convictions
Responsibilities amp; Tasks:
  • Coverage Support: Filling in for full-time or part-time janitors during absences or staffing gaps
  • Specialty Project Work: Tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care (e.g., stripping, waxing, buffing), window washing, upholstery care, and other deep-cleaning or detail-oriented services
  • Please flag in your application if you have prior specialty cleaning experience
  • Work Schedule
  • Our project and flex work opportunities are ad hoc. If you’re good fit, you’ll be added to our project team and notified when opportunities arise. Due to the unpredictable nature of this role, we understand that you may not be available for every project. However, we do expect a genuine interest and willingness to participate when possible.
