Job Overview:
Patrol One is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dispatcher to manage security operations during the graveyard shift. This role is vital in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities and personnel overnight. The dispatcher will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with security personnel and customers alike. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations during the overnight hours.
Job Description: Dispatcher (Graveyard Shift)
Friday-Tuesday 10pm-6am
  • Take inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Act as the primary point of contact for security officers, handling their reports
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all security responses and shift activities.
  • Maintain and update security logs and incident reports, providing clear documentation for the management team.
  • Be able to type 40 wpm
  • Provide good customer service skills,   
Requirements 
  • Excellent costumer services skills
  • Be available for weekends and holidays,
  • Ability to work/remain calm under pressure 
  • Knowledge using computers.
  • Ability to multitask, think quickly, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • **Previous dispatch experience is a plus/willing to train the right candidate
   Schedule available: Part-Time Saturday-Monday   Graveyard Shift: 12am-8am
