WHAT OUR SECURITY OFFICERS DO

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.   

A SECURITY OFFICER'S DAY-TO-DAY

  • Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
  • Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
  • Ensure guests adhere to the venue's safety policies and procedures
  • Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
  • Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
  • Assist and direct guests as needed
  • Communicates potential guest service issues to management team

WHAT IT TAKES

  • 2+ years in a similar role preferred
  • A passion for guest service and hospitality
  • Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)
