Job Title: Night Crude Hauler
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Crude Oil Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting crude oil while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations. This role requires a commitment to compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to and follow all safety guidelines as directed by the company and OSHA policies.
  • Test and purchase oil in accordance with A.P.I. (American Petroleum Institute) standards.
  • Load and unload tankers with crude oil, ensuring compliance with all company and governmental regulations.
  • Operate a semi-truck to transport loads while following state and federal laws and company policies.
  • Complete and transmit all necessary paperwork in compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and replace gaskets, nozzles, and other related components as needed.
  • Perform safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and facilities as required.
  • Conduct miscellaneous daily service duties, including checking oil, water, fuel, tires, and tank-related items.

Skills and Qualifications:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the oil transport industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery and perform routine maintenance.

Requirements
  • Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
  • Two years driving experience that must include one year of tanker. Preferred experience in the oilfield terrain
  • No more than three moving violations in the last five years and no more than one moving violation in the last 12 months, no DWI/DUI in the last 5 years
  • Have current medical card
  • Must pass a drive test with 18-speed transmission
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and background check
  • Able to drive in adverse weather conditions
  • Ability to work 12-14-hour shifts daily
  • Ability to chain up
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to climb stairs repeatedly

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Eligible for night differential pay - additional 2% on top of base rate
  • Starting commission percentage based on tenure, experience and shift. Approximately $80,000 - $130,000 annually.
  • Eligibility to earn safety and incentive bonus
  • Eligible for PTO, medical, vision, dental, life, short- and long-term disability, 401k and other supplemental insurance after 30 days of employment
