Job description

CTICU Nighttime Hero Wanted!

Hi there! We're She Recruits, and we're on the hunt for a full-time CTICU Intensivist to join an incredible team near Yonkers, NY. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to step into a role that combines cutting-edge cardiac care, career growth, and a supportive work environment (yes, we checked—they're awesome).

If you've got the skills, the drive, and maybe a good playlist for night shifts, keep reading.

The Gig
  • Title: CTICU Intensivist
  • Shifts: 3 x 12-hour night shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays.
  • Compensation: $350,000–$425,000, depending on experience. (Let's be honest, that's not bad for nights, right?)
  • Start Date: Flexible. We'll work with you.
  • Program: This is part of a newer initiative launched in 2021, with a shiny TAVR program added in 2023. Translation? You'll be at the forefront of something big.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who checks these boxes:

  • MD or DO (you've worked hard for those letters—let's put them to use).
  • An active or in-process NYS medical license (or a willingness to get one—ASAP).
  • Fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine (because this is the real deal).
  • Board certification or eligibility (you're the best of the best, or on your way there).
  • Experience managing cardiac floor patients (you've been there, done that, and are ready for more).

Important Note: Visa sponsorship isn't available for this role.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out?

Here's why we think this role is worth your attention:

  1. Career Growth: You'll join a program that's evolving, expanding, and innovating in cardiac care.
  2. Unique Benefits: Not your cookie-cutter package—this is next-level.
  3. New Grads Welcome: No "minimum 20 years of experience" nonsense here. We'll support your growth.
  4. Flexible Start Date: Need time to relocate or wrap up your current gig? No problem.
  5. Compensation: Did we mention up to $425,000?
Why She Recruits Loves This Role
  • A supportive team (we hear they even laugh at bad jokes on night shifts).
  • A cutting-edge program where your skills will shine.
  • The chance to make a real impact in critical care.

Ready to Chat? Let's talk about your next big move. At She Recruits, we're here to make your job search smooth, fun, and maybe even exciting (yes, really). Apply now, and let's make this happen.

P.S. Night shifts come with their perks—quiet hallways, a killer sunrise, and plenty of time to perfect your coffee game. Just saying.
