Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm EST
Position Summary: As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. Within your first 90 days, you will be cross-trained as both a Packer and a Machine Operator, giving you a broad understanding of our production processes. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our products are efficiently packed, processed, and prepared for distribution—all while adhering to strict quality control and safety standards.
New Hire Bonus: $250 at 90 days and then another $250 at 6 months.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
  • Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements
  • Records all downtime and production figures for assigned work station.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
  • Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards
  • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.

Education, Certifications and Licensures:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One to six months of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combination preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
