Night Auditor
Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to support overnight hotel operations at Zermatt Resort. This position is responsible for balancing daily revenue, completing nightly audits, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth front desk operations during overnight hours.
Duties
• Complete nightly audit procedures, revenue balancing, and daily reporting
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, questions, and housekeeping requests
• Answer phones, process wake-up calls, and provide exceptional guest service
• Manage deposits, cancellations, and guest account adjustments according to resort procedures
• Enter and communicate housekeeping, engineering, and security requests as needed
• Prepare reports, review arrivals, and maintain accurate guest records
• Stock front desk supplies and prepare work areas for the following day
• Conduct routine property walks and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Support overnight resort operations and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous hotel, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
