TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a Night Data Entry Clerk in San Antonio, TX
Pay is $18.00 hr + $0.75 shift premium.
Overall Purpose
Supports site and/or Region by way of data entry, record keeping and other office support services.
Ensures a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS.
Reports to
Regional Manager/Site Manager
Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
  • Provide paper and/or electronic data reports upon request
  • Data entry into internal and external customer portal
  • Follow up to obtain required documentation
  • Provide reports as requested

Operations
  • Verify defects identified by inspectors
  • Collect and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of company information
  • Create and maintain charts and graphs
  • Demonstrate commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
  • Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies

Organization & management
  • Perform administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties
  • Obtain signatures as needed
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Electronically store all required job documents including data, charts, imaging according to TRIGO's filing conventions
  • If required, perform audits on all electronic job files to ensure the required documents have been stored by all departments
  • If required, escalate missing file requirements

Technical
  • Time entry into portals
  • Ensure hard copy data is filed per ISO standards
  • Verify and balance data entries
  • Audit entries for accuracy

Other
  • Any other duties as assigned
