Salary:

Job Description: National Sales Manager

Company: Paga Nigeria

Sector: Financial Services

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Reports to: The CEO

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

ABOUT PAGA

Paga was founded on a simple conviction: access to money is foundational infrastructure, not a privilege. Our mission is to enable one billion people to access and use money, and we are executing against it by building the rails that underpin how modern economies function.

Over 17 years, we have built a trusted, multi-sided ecosystem connecting consumers, agents, businesses, and financial institutions across Nigeria, a market of over 200 million people with one of the worlds youngest and most digitally engaged populations. Our consumer wallet, proprietary agent network, and institutional partnerships form a defensible foundation, and the most consequential phase of our growth lies ahead.

The next chapter is platformization. Through Paga Engine, we are opening our infrastructure to enterprises and developers to build securely at scale. Doroki and our consumer business continue to deepen daily engagement, while investments in stablecoin infrastructure and new market expansion position us for where payments are heading. This is a deliberate evolution from financial services provider to infrastructure operator powering entire ecosystems.

For professionals motivated by structural problems, durable infrastructure, and measurable impact, Paga offers a rare opportunity to shape how money moves across one of the worlds most consequential markets.
