Job Summary

Lead premium hospitality experiences at one of the most iconic stadiums in professional sports. The General Manager of Suites will oversee all suite-level operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive operational excellence across premium dining and hospitality services at Arrowhead Stadium. This role will partner closely with culinary, operations, and client teams to ensure seamless execution for every event while maintaining Levy’s commitment to innovation, hospitality, and operational performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, premium dining, sports and entertainment, or food service operations
  • Experience managing large-scale premium or suite-level hospitality operations
  • Knowledge of budgeting, labor management, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
  • Food safety certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all suite operations during sporting events, concerts, and special events
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of premium hospitality teams
  • Ensure exceptional guest service standards throughout all premium spaces
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to execute premium offerings
  • Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs to meet financial goals
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and venue standards
  • Partner with clients and stadium leadership to enhance premium guest experiences
  • Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements
