Job description

Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our event team for the NFL FLAG Championships. As a Teammate, you will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable experience for fans, guests, coaches and players at the NFL FLAG Championships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist fans with event information and directions
  • Direct guests to visit the Vince Lombardi Trophy and Super Bowl Rings
  • Support various event operations, including wayfinding, queue monitoring, beverage distribution and logistics
  • Taking pictures, registering guests and troubleshooting on the NFL’s OnePass App
  • Engage with attendees to enhance their event-day experience
  • Collaborate with security and other staff for smooth operations

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sports, especially NFL Football
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and in varying and inclement weather conditions

 

Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to commit to at least 3 shifts
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude

 

What is Provided:

  • Meal breaks and voucher will be provided for shifts over five hours
  • A uniform kit with NFL branding that Teammates will be able to keep post event
